About:Karen PaikinBarall will discuss using legal advocacy to combat the resurgence of antisemitism in the workplace and on campus. When institutions fail to comply with their legal obligations, the Brandeis Center holds them accountable. The Brandeis Center trains students to understand their legal rights and educates administrators how to combat antisemitism.
Karen leads the Brandeis Center’s public policy, advocacy, and communications strategy. Previously, she was Vice President of Government Relations at The Jewish Federations of North America and directed government relations at Hadassah. Barall also served as a Foreign Affairs Officer for the U.S. State Department.
